Claire had lagged behind a moment, disappearing behind a stand of corsets that she was sifting through. "You don't think this would make my boobs look even smaller than they are, do you? I really like the lace." The goal here was not at all to actually pick out an outfit, but rather to prove that she could act like an adult about this. Hopefully the conversation would be a short 'yes' or 'no,' though, because Claire wasn't sure she could go on about it further.
