"I have better control over my sparks than that," Elle said a little defensively. After all, she had spent most of her life perfecting them. But then that confident smirk spread across her lips. "Besides, it's fun to hurt him a little. I think he even likes it."

Really, Elle could care less where they were or how appropriate it was or wasn't to be talking about these things in public. She couldn't help herself. No one had ever taught her proper social cues.

Elle didn't really understand why Claire wouldn't be comfortable showing off herself to Sam in lingerie, but she had never really been ashamed of her body. She had been using it as bait for the men in the cells at Primatech too long to have much modesty left.

She tilted her head curiously at the second Claire's question. "It can be fun to tease them before hand. Besides, there's something alluring about the presentation. It can make things more fun."
