Elle felt nervous, just a little bit as she waited inside of the club, looking around for Peter. She’d be in enough trouble with Daddy for sneaking out, even more so if he knew she was coming out to meet up with a boy. But Daddy wasn’t going to find out. So it would be fine. She had even dressed up for the occasion. Her hair was slightly curled and hung down her back simply, though it was so warm inside the club, she almost wished she had thought to put it up. Too late now. But she couldn’t really complain, one way or another. After all, it wasn’t like she got to go outside with people her age very often. More often than not, she spent her time with the other people working in the Company, and most of them were way old and boring.

As she waited for her companion to arrive she made her way to the bar to order herself a strawberry daiquiri. Not as good as Slush-O would be, but still pretty tasty. She liked those frozen fruity girly drinks the best. Not that she’s tried much alcohol really, but from the little she has, she’s found a preference for that.

"They say I'm dangerous," She replied in a flippant voice, downing the rest of her drink at that. She doesn't mention the fact that she was once diagnosed as a sociopath. She doubted that would help her win any friend points.

He looked back at her for a moment, not quite sure if she was joking or telling the truth. And he wasn't sure if he cared if she was telling the truth, which was a rather strange position to be in.

"They seriously told you that to keep you inside?" he asked with a frown.

Sadly, she wasn't joking. They really did tell her things like that. Her father and the doctors he had evaluate her. "Among other things," She replied vaguely before turning to the bar to order herself another drink.

"That's a horrible thing for them to say.." he said, shaking his head and then finishing off his drink too. "The worst I got was that I had a very active imagination, which just meant they wanted me to grow up."

"I'm used to it," She shrugged her shoulders with a shrug. And she was. She had been called a sociopath, a sadist, a bitch and alot of other things. She never even got the chance to try to be normal.

Which was one of many reasons she had taken to sneaking out when she could.

"If um it means anything, I think you're pretty cool," he offered with a small smile. He did too, Elle was unusual, but he really did like her. She was just so much more real than most people it seemed like, who put on faces just to live in the world and Elle didn't do that, she was just...herself. He appreciated people like that. They were the people who became his good friends.

Elle gave him a broad, genuine smile at that. She wasn't used to someone just being nice to her without wanting something from her. It was nice. "Thanks," She laughed, taking a sip of her new drink. "I think I'm pretty damn cool too, if i do say so myself." She paused for a moment before giving him a teasing grin. "And you're alright, too"
