Valentine's Date for
startswinging
Feb. 13th, 2010 09:05 pmElle had been more than a little nervous getting ready for their Valentine's Day date. She had never planned something like this before. She had asked for advice from other girls and gotten some suggestions, but eventually, she decided on just trying to do something simple. They had both been a little awkward before going out, so she thought maybe it would be nicer if they just stayed in this time.
She had met with Claire earlier this week (not Sam's Claire, but the other one) and she had helped show Elle how to cook dinner for Dean. The first few tries hadn't gone very well, but she finally had gotten a batch okay. She had kept it simple, cheeseburgers and homemade french fries. She was pretty sure he'd prefer that over something fancy anyways. She hoped so.
She wanted them to have a nice time, things had been a little rocky for both of them lately, and she just...wanted to have a nice time. Besides, this was her first time celebrating with someone.
Even though they were staying in she had still dressed up, wearing a nice red dress. She had blow dried her hair, letting it frame her face with a small curl.
She was lighting the candles she had placed out on her table, occasionally glancing at the clock now, waiting for him to arrive.
